Enjoy walks in this historic neighborhood along tree lined streets. Parks are only two blocks away and the Acadia Parish Court House and downtown area three blocks away.
The living room (TV, DVD, CD), dining area and kitchen open out to a wicker furnished screened porch that spans the back of the cottage. Have morning coffee while enjoying the quaint garden. A fountained pond with goldfish, bird houses and a bird feeder make this a tranquil experience.
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing a gourmet meal enjoyable! A full size washer & dryer are adjacent to the kitchen behind bi-fold doors. (iron & ironing board)
A brightly lighted bathroom features a leaded glass window. Also, tile floors, tile tub/shower and a pedestal sink.
The back (king) bedroom overlooks the screened porch and garden. Luxury bedding, extra pillows, an alarm clock, a ceiling fan and a TV (cable), make this room very inviting.

ALL PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED ROOMS AND SPACES ARE INCLUDED IN RENTAL WITH ONE (KING) BEDROOM.

An antique furnished front (double) bedroom completes the cottage. This room features luxury bedding, extra pillows, an alarm clock and a TV (cable). A tower fan is furnished.

ALL PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED ROOMS AND SPACES ARE INCLUDED IN RENTAL WITH TWO (KING & DOUBLE) BEDROOMS. THE COTTAGE IS NEVER RENTED TO MORE THAN ONE GUEST/GROUP AT A TIME. IF YOU RENT THE COTTAGE WITH ONE BEDROOM (KING), THE OTHER BEDROOM (DOUBLE) WILL BE LOCKED OFF AND REMAIN EMPTY DURING YOUR STAY.
